AuCare provides an online platform to connect:

• Senior Hosts
• Students / AuCare participants

• AuCare does not employ users.
• AuCare does not supervise stays.
• AuCare is not part of the agreement between users.

2. Voluntary Participation

All stays are voluntary. Users agree that:

• No employment relationship exists
• No salary is guaranteed
• No accommodation is guaranteed

3. User Responsibility

Users are responsible for:

• Identity verification
• Insurance
• Legal stay
• Visa
• Safety
• Personal conduct

4. Liability Limitation

AuCare is not responsible for:

• Injury
• Loss
• Theft
• Conflicts
• Immigration problems
• Financial loss
• Misconduct of users

Use of the platform is at own risk.

5. Account Rules

AuCare may remove accounts if:

• False information
• Fraud
• Abuse
• Illegal activity
• Violation of rules

6. Data Protection (GDPR)

Users agree that AuCare may store personal data for:

• Matching
• Communication
• Safety

Data is handled according to EU GDPR rules.

7. Termination of Use

Users may stop using the platform at any time.

AuCare may suspend accounts if necessary.

8. Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by EU law and the law of the country where the platform operator is registered.
