How AuCare Works

Join our community of students and elderly hosts for a cultural exchange experience that benefits everyone.

Our Simple Process

1

Create Your Profile

Sign up and build your detailed profile. Students share their skills, interests, and preferences, while hosts describe their home, the accommodation they offer, and what kind of help they need.

A complete profile helps our matching algorithm find the best connections and increases your chances of finding your ideal match.

2

Browse Potential Matches

Our algorithm suggests compatible matches based on location, language preferences, interests, and needs. You can search and filter to find exactly what you're looking for.

Take your time to review profiles, considering factors like location, availability, and shared interests to find the right match for your specific circumstances.

3

Connect and Chat

Message your potential matches to get to know each other and discuss expectations and arrangements. We recommend several video calls to ensure compatibility before making any commitments.

Be transparent about your expectations, needs, and any concerns you might have. Clear communication from the start helps build trust and ensures a successful AuCare experience.

4

Begin Your Journey

Once you've found your match and agreed on all details, finalize your arrangements and prepare for your AuCare experience! Our team remains available to assist throughout your journey.

We offer ongoing support, including check-ins, conflict resolution if needed, and practical advice to ensure both students and hosts have a rewarding experience.
